i am loving the daily drop cap. it is a new, ongoing project by typographer and illustrator jessica hiche. each day she is going to design a fabulous initial cap for each letter of the alpabet. she is currently up to letter g. love them! please view her usage limitations here!

again, my ipod somehow knew my mood during my solo drive home from the beach last night. while on the garden state parkway, at dusk, hometown glory by adele started to play. i was so relaxed and mellow from my beach day and this song just made the ride even more soothing.

over the weekend, my mom and i went wedding shoe shopping and somehow i ended up with these fabulous steve madden luxe shoes (and no wedding shoes)...aren't they amazing?!
i kinda love never think by rob pattinson. since i just finished the first book in the twilight series and have started the second, new moon, i decided to the re-listen to the movie soundtrack and just fell in love with this song all over again...i am sure it has nothing to do with the singer.
who knew we had SO much stuff!? and it all fit in that uhaul truck...thanks to dan's fabulous packing skills. thank you to everyone who helped us that day, city and lansdale shifts!
chey and dave treated us to a phillies game and some yummy food and drinks at chickie's and pete's the friday night before our moving weekend. we had such a great time, even with the thunderstorm! thank you so much, we miss you already!
