our first thanksgiving!

this is a fabulous song that i recently came across while finishing up everything for the wedding. this song just makes me so happy! it is i know by meaghan smith...maybe we need to use this for our wedding video!?

e + k, the wedding.

between buying a house, moving and planning a wedding this summer, i have a few things to post from the summer that never made it up! (i apologize)

let me start with the fabulous wedding of one of my bestest friends, erin and her man k (aka keith). they were married on saturday, the first of august at the amazingly beautiful fonthill castle in doylestown, pennsylvania. they had a wonderful ceremony filled with many fabulous personal, religious and ethnic touches. it was a great day. love you guys.

we have officially begun the countdown, less than a month to go now!!! i get more and more excited everyday.

i just had to post this! meet little miss ruby. she is lauren's, my college roomie/best friend/bridesmaid's, daughter. isn't this the most adorable photo ever!?

in honor of halloween, i thought i would post one of my favorite photos from halloweens past. this was me in 3rd grade! hope everyone has a fabulous halloween weekend and gets lots of treats!

holy crap...our wedding will be happening two months from today!!! i cannot believe it!!! we are so excited to celebrate with our amazing families and friends. i know it will be here before we know it! (p.s. that means christmas is in 2 months!)

the daily drop cap.

i am loving the daily drop cap. it is a new, ongoing project by typographer and illustrator jessica hiche. each day she is going to design a fabulous initial cap for each letter of the alpabet. she is currently up to letter g. love them! please view her usage limitations here!
