my first blog design is finally complete, and live! we have been working on how to photograph your baby for the past few months at kelsh wilson design for principal and photographer, nick kelsh. it is based on his best-selling book of the same title, how to photograph your baby. the dvd provides new parents with a set of easy-to-follow tips that will allow them to commemorate the many stages of their children’s lives. it features nick offering tips in a lighthearted and uncomplicated format. it is a fabulous baby shower gift as well! order yours here!

finally!

well now i can finally make our big announcement....we bought a house! it was official as of yesterday. we are moving to lansdale...yes suburbia! we will definitely miss the city, but are very excited for the yard and driveway :)

hope everyone had a great holiday weekend! how amazing was the weather!!! we spent a lot of time with friends and eating lots of delicious food. these pix were from a lovely bbq at my friend allie's (hi fi's mommy) house! good times.

last friday, allie, cheyenne and i went to see a dance performance by group motion dance company at the old metropolitan opera house. the building was so old and yet so beautiful. we had to wear hard hats through certain parts!






after the show we decided to go to northern liberties and check out the piazza!!! despite the event that happened on saturday, this place is really incredible. so many shops, condos, restaurants, artists...all in one amazing space. someday we hope to have a loveleigh boutique in there!! they were having an all-night michael jackson dance party in tribute to mj. check out the video. everyone just celebrating and so happy.






then we just walked across the street to liberties walk and hung out and had some cocktails at el camino!





sunday we took our first beach trip of the season. i heart ocnj.

it is official we just booked our honeymoon! i can't even believe it!!! we are going to st. lucia, staying at the sandals grande st. lucian. we decided to splurge since we aren't really going on a big vacation this year (and probably next year haha)...so we will be staying for a week in the penthouse honeymoon beachfront concierge room! i will be off from thanksgiving through december 15th, i cannot wait!

on june 12th at the children's hospital of philadelphia, one of my very best friends, kathy, did something very special. she was asked to make a speech honoring an extremley amazing and determined woman and doctor...Dr. Audrey E. Evans. she was receiving the pitcher of hope award from alex's lemonade stand.

when kathy was 18 months old, she was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. which was the same form of cancer that alex scott (alex's lemonade stand) had been diagnosed with. this disease happened to be dr. evans' specialty. after many treatments, kathy miraculously beat many, many odds and was cancer free.

dr. evans asked kathy to speak about her an amazing story, giving hope to many other families in the same situation.

last saturday was erin and keith's wedding shower! it was a lovely day filled with friends from all over, great food (thanks to mother mallon, the bridesmaids and my mom) and fabulous weather. congrats to e + k! the wedding is almost here!
